Background:

At initio, Agha is excited to gain practical experience through providing legal advice startup businesses and non-profits in technology-based social enterprise, artificial intelligence, creative industries, and privacy regulation.

Agha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Socio-Cultural Anthropology from the University of Toronto, which greatly influences his interest in social justice-oriented practice, specifically in the intersections of labour/employment law and technology law. To this end, he completed internships with the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC) by working on public interest technology law issues, and the Halifax Workers’ Action Centre by assisting marginalized workers with employment law information services.
