Background:
Krizelle is a third-year law student at Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law. She originally hails from Edmonton, Alberta and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Alberta. Prior to law school, Krizelle was involved with various non-profit organizations committed to access to justice, community building and advocacy. She has a keen interest in the questions and intersections between art, innovation, intellectual property and social issues. Krizelle will advocate for her clients who often feel disadvantaged, so they may achieve the most optimal protection for their works.
At initio, Krizelle looks forward to supporting creatives and entrepreneurs pursue their passions through her growing experience in reviewing agreements, drafting contracts and presenting on common issues in intellectual property. Krizelle will return to Alberta after graduating in 2025. Outside of initio, Krizelle hyper-fixates on baseball, films, and researching niche fragrances.
